Potatoes

Potatoes are one of the most productive and satisfying crops for the home gardener. They grow well in the ground, raised beds, or containers, and nothing beats the taste of freshly dug new potatoes. With a little hilling and consistent watering, you can harvest a generous crop from a small space.
