History

How to grow

Choosing and storing

Choose firm, glossy peppers with vibrant color.

Avoid soft, wrinkled, or blemished peppers.

Store fresh in the refrigerator crisper for 1–2 weeks.

Dry or freeze for longer storage.

Dried peppers keep 1–2 years in an airtight jar.

Preparation
