Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 8 small Corn tortillas
- 1 Yellow onion, diced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 4 Lime wedges
- 1/2 cup Salsa
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add ground beef.
- Cook beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 6-8 minutes.
- Drain excess fat, then add diced onion and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, and salt. Stir well.
- Add 1/4 cup water and simmer for 3 minutes until mixture thickens.
- Warm corn tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side.
- Fill tortillas with beef mixture and top with salsa, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges.
