Ingredients
- 1 loaf French baguette
- 6 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Slice the baguette diagonally into 1-inch thick slices without cutting all the way through the bottom.
- Spread the garlic butter generously between each slice and on top of the loaf.
- Wrap the loaf loosely in foil and bake for 5 minutes, then open the foil and bake another 3 minutes until crispy.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and broil for 1 minute until the cheese melts. Serve warm.
