  • 1 cup (2 sticks) Unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 6 cloves Garlic cloves, roasted and mashed
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Roasted garlic oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Ensure the butter is fully softened at room temperature for easy blending.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, roasted mashed garlic, parsley, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  3. Using a fork or spatula, mash and fold everything together until the herbs and garlic are evenly distributed.
  4. Lay a sheet of parchment paper on the counter and transfer the butter mixture onto it.
  5. Shape the butter into a log about 1.5 inches in diameter, then roll it tightly in the parchment paper, twisting the ends to seal.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up. Slice into rounds as needed and store the rest.
