- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup Chicken broth
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 3 stalks Green onions, sliced
- 4 cups Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, chicken broth, and brown sugar. Set the sauce aside.
- Toss the sliced pork with 1 tablespoon of the sauce mixture and let marinate while you prep the vegetables.
- Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat until smoking. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and swirl to coat.
- Add the pork in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned but not fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Add the remaining vegetable oil to the wok. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the bell peppers and cook for 1 more minute.
- Add the garlic and ginger, stir-frying for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return the pork to the wok. Pour in the remaining sauce and toss everything together for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything glossy.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, toss once more, and remove from heat. Serve immediately over rice, garnished with green onions.
