Seed to Table Hub products are digital PDF downloads delivered through Payhip. Because customers receive immediate access to digital files, purchases are normally final and non-refundable once download access has been provided.
If a file is defective, corrupted, inaccessible, or if a duplicate charge has occurred, please contact us through the Seed to Table Hub Payhip store. We will review the issue and provide appropriate assistance, a replacement file, or a refund when required by applicable law.
This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
