Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken wings, split at joints
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Pat the wings completely dry with paper towels. This is critical for crispiness.
- Toss the wings with baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F for 3 minutes.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Increase heat to 400°F for the final 2 minutes for extra crispness.
- Let rest for 2 minutes before serving. Toss with your favorite sauce if desired.
